Who is this program for?

Are you someone who has a zest for life and is always setting big goals for yourself, but get easily overwhelmed and burnt out? Do you find it easier to go meet goals when you have community support? Do you feel a need to make more space for advocating for your wellness and put your mental and physical health first in 2025?

Approach your New Year’s goals differently this year! Most New Year’s resolutions fail by February because we set goals that are too lofty and we try to change our lifestyles too quickly. On top of all of this, we try to tackle these goals in isolation. Losing motivation is common when we feel burnt out, and my goal with this program is to focus on chronic stress first, so that you feel energized and ready to tackle those big goals. If you love structure in your life but also want to integrate a more holistic approach to your wellness – this 3-month program focuses on identifying and managing chronic stress through a well-defined road map with measurable results. Together we’ll explore holistic approaches to wellness and tactics to managing chronic stress that work for your schedule and lifestyle, while building self-efficacy so that you can continue to carry these new habits with you every day. Having a well-defined road map of the focus areas in your life that can help increase your willpower, daily energy and motivation will propel those aspirations even further. Not to mention you will be going through this journey with a small cohort of people with the same approach to their New Year!

What will I get out of this program?

By the end of this program, you will have adopted new healthy habits and lifestyle changes that stick. Not only will this help you manage chronic stress and reach your larger goals, you will gain the confidence and gratification of celebrating growth, which all contribute to obtaining and achieving those bigger goals in life.The sense of community and support that you will feel along the way is an added bonus.

  • 6 Bi-Weekly 2-Hour Live Coaching Sessions with Your Cohort
  • Monthly Office Hours
  • Bi-weekly Modules with printable materials, activities, and homework to:
    • Keep you on track with your established road map and vision of your 2025 self
    • Further explore self-discovery
    • Learn new things about holistic wellness & mind-body connection
    • Access to community chat with your cohort
